海尔霍尔坝位于加利福尼亚州鲁比肯(Rubicon)河上,距萨克拉门托市129km,是普莱瑟县中福克工程系统中的一项关键工程。坝基为辉长岩,坝址控制流域面积295km2,多年平均径流量4亿m3,有记录的洪峰流量188m3/s,总库容3亿m3,有效库容2亿m3,水库面积5km2。斜心墙堆石坝,最大坝高125m,坝顶长472m,坝轴线呈弧线形,曲率半径为1219m。上游坡为1∶2.5,下游坡为1∶1.4,上游坝面作成6m高的多级台阶。心墙上游坡为1∶1.57,下游坡为1∶1.34。无控制溢洪道溢顶为上溢式混凝土堰,最大泄量1960m3/s。利用导流隧洞改建成发电引水管和放水管。厂房布置在左岸岸边,装机容量725kW。工程于1966年完工,电站于1984年建成,后来将引水管道延长至下游17km的新电站,装机容量10.98万kW。 |
