Application of Hall Curve in polymer flooding;

The design and architecture implementation of AC servo control system for permanent magnet synchronous motor using linear Hall effect sensors as the motor feedback devices were presented.

To meet the requirements of better performance and lower cost in designing the control system for industrial sewing machines,this paper presents a design of AC servo control system for permanent magnet synchronous motor,which uses linear hall effect sensors as the motor feedback devices.

The equipment adopts UGN3503U linear Hall-effect sensor as a probe to detect the magnetic changes of the centre of a search coil resulted from eddy current effect and transfers the magnetic change into voltage signal.

The method of motor position detection by two low-cost linear Hall-effect sensors mounted 90° electrically apart was proposed to reduce the cost of linear servo system.
