补充资料：马兰黄土
中国第四纪黄土分期名称之一，标准剖面地点在北京市门头沟区斋堂川北山坡上，因附近清水河右岸有马兰阶地而命名。马兰阶地高出河面30～40米，由松散黄土类物质及砂、砾石层组成，但马兰阶地上并无黄土沉积，马兰黄土为淡灰黄色，疏松、无层理。底部见有基岩碎屑。其生成期较山西离石-午城黄土为晚，属上更新统沉积物。马兰黄土广泛分布于燕山南麓、太行山东麓及山东泰山、鲁山山麓和山?氲罕辈嗌铰从肷郊渑璧刂小?1920年叶良辅著《北京西山地质志》对马兰黄土予以研究。
