矿石匀化料场

kuongshl yunhuol一ooehong矿石匀化料场(ore blending area)具有定的矿石贮存能力,通过堆料和取料程序进行矿石匀化的堆场。1905年美国一家钢铁厂首先采用匀化料场对铁矿石进行匀化,到80年代,匀化料场已被世界许多工业部门采用。(参见彩图插页第22贞) 矿石匀化料场主要由进料带式输送机、堆料机、取料机、料堆、出料带式输送机、样品检测和环保设施等组成。在匀化料场上,堆料机连续地将矿石按规定的堆料方式堆成符合要求的料堆;而后,取料机在堆好的料堆上按规定方式切割料层。通过这样的堆料和取料过程可使矿石匀化,为选矿厂提供性质稳定的矿石。 匀化料场主要有长方形和圆形两种:长方形料场有一跨两堆制、两跨两堆或四堆制;料场最少有两个料堆,户个堆料,一个取料,保证堆料和取料不会互相干扰。圆形料场的料堆为圆环形,外圆直径为朽~一100m为避免堆料和取料相互干扰,圆形料场以三分之几的容量供取料,三分之一容量供堆料。料场多为露天的;当有防冻、防雨或环保要求时,可将料场设在厂房内、料场的大小根据生产厂规模及要求贮存的时间来计算。为r获得良好的效果,必须有相当数址的料层,般为400一600层。 料场设有专门的样品检测装置,可及时掌握料堆中的矿石性质。料场还需配置避免或减少料场内外环境污染的设施。 (宋梅’资)
