为了提高中药浓缩生产过程控制的精度及整个控制器的适应性,针对工段的不同工序建立了多模型预测控制器,并采用模糊监督器选择合适的控制器;在利用神经网络进行系统辨识时,引入其耦合系统的控制变化率作为输入,可以适当消除相互间的耦合程度;现场运行结果表明蒸发过程中压力达到工艺要求,且蒸发过程中压力差保持稳定,保证了稳定的双效循环蒸发,控制效果良好。
