无级变速 infinitely variable speed transmission 能连续无级地改变输入轴与输出轴的传动比或输出轴转速的传动。无级变速结构较简单、能在工作时变速、可使机器在有利的速度下工作,而且便于实现调速自动化。根据工作原理,无级变速传动可分为:①机械无级变速,通常由传动机构、加压装置和调速机构组成,主要有摩擦式(利用摩擦传动实现变速)和齿链式两大类,以摩擦式应用较广泛,如环锥摩擦式无级变速器、钢球摩擦式无级变速器、多盘摩擦式无级变速器、带式无级变速器、链式无级变速器等。②液力无级变速。以液体为工作介质的无级变速,一般由液力偶合器和液力变矩器实现变速。③液压无级变速。分节流无级变速(通过调节节流元件流通面积的大小来调节液压马达的转速)和容积无级变速(通过变换变量泵或液压马达的排量来调节液压马达的转速)。④气压无级变速。通过控制压缩空气流量,调节气动马达的输出功率和转速来实现。⑤电力无级变速,依靠改变电动机的转速来实现。 |
