乙口切旧biaOZhunh旧ji以习u peixun Jigou中国标准化教育培训机构(s切Lnd田rdizationeducational and腼ningl知dies in China)根据标准化工作的需要，对有关人员进行标准化教育、培训的机构。1卯9年以前，中国的标准化教育主要是以在职教育和短期培训方式进行的。为此，各部门编写了许多标准化教材。例如，1%1年第一机械工业部机械研究院标准化处编写的《标准化教材》，1%3年第三机械工业部编写的《标准化工作》。为世纪印年代中期，又出现了不少培训教材，例如，第四机械工业部编写的《标准化教材》，湖南省有关部门组织编写的《标准化讲义》。70年代中期以后，国家加强标准化培训工作，标准化知识和培训教材迅速增加。其中主要有《标准化概论》、《标准化管理》、《标准化管理人员教材》、《企业标准化讲义》、《标准情报工作讲义》、(工程建设标准化概论》、《电工标准化》、《农业标准化》、《林业标准化》、《铁道标准化概论》、《能源标准化教材》、《乡镇企业标准化函授试用教材》、《企业标准化与实用情报》和《中小型企业标准化丛书》等。一些高等院校开始系统地培养标准化专业人才。到1984年，已有中国人民大学、上海财经学院、合肥联合大学设立了标准化专业;四川财经学院等院校设立了标准化课程;国家标准局所属的中国标准化管理干部学院开始招生，为各级标准化管理机构培养各专业的标准化管理干部。西安交通大学开办了标准化与质量第二学士学位班。四川、山东等省标准化部门建立了标准化中等专业学校，培养标准化中级技术人员。1980年，机械工业部标准化研究所开始招收硕士研究生，并被批准为硕士学位授权单位，进行标准化研究生的培养工作。 除院校之外，国家标准局成立了3个标准化、标准情报培训机构。中国标准化协会函授部与国务院有关部门、各省、市联合举办了许多标准化知识函授班、学习班和标准宜贯班，为标准化事业培养了许多有用人才。国家质量技术监督局和省级技术监督局所属的标准化院校和专门培训机构有:中国计量学院、山东技术监督学校、河北技术监督学校、四川技术监督学校、广西技术监督学校、吉林技术监督学校、上海培训中心、秦皇岛培训中心、福州培训中心和北京市通州培训中心。(邓瑞德)
