Many high-grade steels are made in bloom mold,so this paper set a coupled mathematical model including fluid flow,heat transfer with solidification,inclusion movement in bloom mold with area of 380mm~*280mm.
目前,许多高端钢种需用大方坯连铸机生产,因此本文针对380mm×280mm断面的大方坯,采用数值模拟的方法,建立了包括钢液流动、传热、凝固和夹杂物运动在内的耦合模型,在此基础上深入细致地研究了单孔型、双孔型以及四孔型三种浸入式水口对结晶器内的钢液流场、温度场、凝固坯壳厚度分布以及非金属夹杂物运动的影响。

From the transversal section of columnar grains,it can be seen that impurities composed by oxide of Cr and Mn are observed in grain boundaries in this region.
结果表明:在铸坯断口表面出现了明显的过烧现象,断口附近存在明显的脱碳区域;同时在断口附近的柱状晶横截面内还观察到了Cr、Mn的氧化物夹杂以及沿晶界存在断续的内部裂纹,而且这些裂纹内壁发生了严重氧化;在铸坯的心部区域观察到了很多尺寸不均、内壁光滑的不连续的孤立孔洞。
