补充资料:铧式开沟犁
带有犁铧式切土部件的开沟犁。农田建设机械的一种。用于开筑排灌沟渠,也可用于修筑田埂。
小型的铧式开沟犁为悬挂式,大型的多为牵引式,备有液压升降装置控制犁体的升降(见图)。开沟犁体有单翼式和双翼式 2种。单翼式开沟犁体与普通铧式犁体类似,作业深度较大,沟底较窄,铧刃线与沟壁的夹角一般为60°~90°。土垡沿开沟犁体曲面上升到地平面以后,再向一侧翻转并堆置在沟侧地面。这种铧式开沟犁常用于筑埂。双翼式开沟犁体由三角形犁铧和具有对称曲面的左、右犁壁构成,左、右犁壁的翼部将沿曲面升起的土壤向侧面翻转并堆置在沟的两侧地面。在犁体的两侧还设有矩形断面的侧压板,用以压紧成形的沟壁。用双翼式开沟犁体可一次筑成梯形断面沟渠。
铧式开沟犁的结构简单,开出的沟形平直,沟壁较坚实,开挖单位土方的能耗较小(一般在0.075千瓦小时/米3以下)作业效率也较高;但牵引阻力大,需用大功率拖拉机配套作业,因而适用范围受到限制,只宜开筑深度小于1米的沟渠。
