By systematically analyzing the single particle level and the occupation probability near the Fermi surface of uranium isotopes and the particle number deviation within the relativistic mean-field model with BCS theory,we find that most of the uranium isotopes have more stable shell structure than ordinary elements,namely possess the shell effect characteristics similar to closed shell nucleus.
