d一ya ehongyongb旧nyoql低压厂用变压器(step一down station transfor-mer)向低压(3 80V)厂用电系统供电的变压器。 火电厂内的低压厂用变压器具有下列应用特点:①低压厂用变压器宜采用D,Yn的接线,使变压器有较小的零序电抗,以便于低压中性点的引出经电阻接地或直接接地;②采用无激磁调压方式,调压范围为士5%;③变压器的阻抗应能将低压侧的短路电流限制在制造厂可提供的厂用低压开关柜的允许值内,并当最大电动机起动时,其低压母线电压应不低于允许水平.④低压厂用变压器有油浸式和干式两种,油浸式冷却方式为ONAN,一般用于户外。用于户内时,当油t大于100kg时要装在防爆小间内;干式变压器(参见彩图擂页第34页72图)则用于户内可与低压开关柜布t在一起,应采用F级绝缘或更高等级的绝缘,并具有良好的防潮和阻燃性能。干式变压器的冷却方式可为AN或AN/AF(自然冷却/强迫风冷),视变压器的容t而定,变压器AN/AF的容量比一般不低于1:1.33,当装有防护外壳时,其额定容量不应下降,干式变压器的外壳和外壳防护等级应与低压开关柜相一致。变压器利用小时高时宜选用节能型变压器。
