性质:由多个小直径的旋风分离器并联而组成的气体除尘装置。又称“旋风分离器组”。由理论计算和实践得知,单个旋风分离器的直径不宜过大,进口气流速度也不宜过高,否则会使分离效率下降。因此当要求处理大量带尘气体时,通常采用复式旋风分离器。它的分离效果比处理同样气体量的单个大直径旋风分离器好。但由于气体的分配很难完全均匀,各排灰口易相互窜灰,因此其效率不能达到单个小直径设备单独使用时的效率。
