在实验室实验和工业性试验研究的基础上,通过对占入炉料80%以上的烧结矿进行优化原料结构、选择合理成分、调整工艺技术参数等一系列有效措施的实施,使得100 m2烧结机生产的烧结矿转鼓强度达到80%以上,粉率降低,使高炉透气性得到改善。
