Optimal route selection method based on heuristic algorithm is a research hot in recent years,aiming at the slow convergence rate of traditional simulated annealing(SA) algorithm,this paper brings out an improved algorithm which uses guiding knowledge generated by last SA procedure as the basis to select the nodes at next simulation,this method can improve the speed of SA algorithm.

This new thought includes: students should turn the passive accepter into the active participants, and teachers should turn the boring infuser into the interesting knowledge guide.

It analyzes the design of knowledge map and knowledge engine when no expert is on duty and the implementation of the experts’ collaboration in real-time consultancy.

This paper describes the plant growth knowledge, constructs a knowledge engine component driven plant growth, which makes different plant use different knowledge engine component object, to solve the problem that different plant which has its unique model need to display in the same environment, which enhance the applicability of the virtual plant experiment system .
