Based on the Terzaghi consolidation theory ,the whole external load process is divided into two steps:applied load step and sustained load step,with the separation variables method,the analytic solution of saturated soil one dimensional consolidation during the whole external loading process is deduced in detail.

Damage of concrete under Long-term Sustained loading

The beam specimens are subjected to bending at various loading levels or sustained loading or previous loading while the steel bar is of corrosion and other beam is with sustained loading or without loading or without corrosion of steel bars.

The noise spectrum method to treat the random sampling signals by statistical(averag-)(ing) was proposed to measure the oscillating corrosion current of rebar in concrete under sustained loading.

The results indicate that change of percolation structure parameter R_s,σ,C_(HF) and C_p can shows microcrack of the concrete under a sustained loading.

Time effect of settlement for single pile under vertical sustained loading;

Based on the existed stress-strain curve of concrete prism under one-off short-term load and the concrete creep model, a new time-effect model for evaluation of concrete compressive strength is established through the synthesis of the concrete creep attenuating effect under sustained load and the concrete strength enhancing effect by age, a corresponding computer program has been developed.

Therefore,the test and assessment for adhesive′s function under sustained load is very necessary.

In order to grasp the engineering properties of waterproofing, and evaluate its tensile properties, this paper carried out an experiment on PVC waterproofing which parameters included the ratio of initial elongation, environmental temperature , the time of sustained load.
