eo一shoehuon eolqu{ledong采砂船采区解冻(thawing of dredging area) 对季节性冻结的砂矿层融解的L程。解冻方法主要有自然解冻法、分层自然解冻法和水针一解冻法;此外,还有渗流一排水解冻法、人工降雨一排水解冻法、爆破解冻法后三种解冻法均因解冻效果差,生产实际中很少使用。 自然解冻法在一年中的温暖季节(气温在零度以上).利用太阳的辐射能融化冻土层。采用该法时,必须事先清除地表的植物层和剥离表土。一年的解冻深度可达Zm左右。采用该法解冻速度虽慢,但简单而经济,中国东北地区开采砂金矿中应用较普遍 分层自然解冻法利用太阳的辐射能融化冻结上层,每当融化表面一薄层(5一1又m)后,应及时用推土机或铲运机铲除已融化的表面薄层,以使太阳辐射热和热空气继续作用于露出的冻层表面,加速融解速度。一年内融解的总厚度可达8一10m或更大。该法在砂矿开采的剥离工程中广泛应用。 水针解冻法首先在解冻区内按一定网度将一种称为水针的细钢管插人冻土层内,然后用水泵将自然温度(水温高于ZC)的水压人水针,水通过水针上孔向冻土渗流和传递热量,使冻土逐渐解冻。水的压力应能克服管道和冻土孔隙的阻力。开始融化只能是围绕水针很窄的条带,继而逐渐扩大,直到连成一片时拔出水针。水针解冻的效率与水温成正比。水针的作用时间,取决于水温、水针间距、水针插人深度、水钊一流量、土岩含冰量、渗透系数、冻土的初始温度等。该方法的主要优点是解冻费用低、设备简单维修量少,能在短期内融解较深的冻土。其主要缺点是水针插人I_作劳动强度大,特别是在含有巨砾的矿砂中很困难;_工作的季节性强,即水的昼夜平均温度超过1〔时才能开始解冻工作。水针解冻法在开采永久性冻结砂矿中,得到较)一泛应用
