In response to the different oil requirements of the mobile battle armies,the article sets up a dispersal certain dynamic programing model to resolve the problem of dispatching the oil support units to the M mobile armies on conditon of the limited support and minimize the oil lack of the four armies.
针对机动作战中各部队对油料需求量不同的这一特点,通过建立离散确定性动态规划模型,解决了在只有N支油料补给小分队且不能满足全部油料保障需求的情况下,油料部门如何同时给M个担负机动作战任务的部队派遣油料补给小分队的问题,使M支作战部队总的油料缺额达到最小。

di一kong dQodanbing lidong zuozhan地空导弹兵机动作战(mobil。。perationof ground一to一air missile force)地空导弹兵变换阵地打击空中目标的作战行动。目的是寻求和创造战机，积极歼敌。中国人民解放军空军地空导弹兵运用机动作战，取得过显著战果。1962一1972年，空军地空导弹兵在进行机动作战中，运用反敌飞行机动、反敌施放电子干扰等有效手段，先后击落国民党空军U一2型高空侦察机5架和无人驾驶高空侦察机3架。1979年以来，在西南边境的机动作战中，也先后击伤、击落过人侵的敌机。 地空导弹兵机动作战的基本要求:①全面研究敌情，切实掌握敌人的活动规律，判明其企图，正确选择伏击地域。②严格保密，严密伪装，隐蔽地实施兵力机动。③随时做好机动准备，改进行军输送方法，保证行动快速。④灵活运用战术，巧妙使用和变换战法，做到敌变己变。⑤加强技术力量，适当加大导弹、油料和器材的携行量。地空导弹兵机动作战的基本形式，有在敌飞行航线上设伏和在保卫目标附近设伏两种。在敌飞行航线上设伏时，以一定数量的兵力，迅速、隐蔽地部署在敌可能活动的地域内，持机歼敌;在保卫目标附近设伏时，迅速组织一定兵力，部署在敌可能攻击目标的主要方向，打敌措手不及。 (张荣)
