岳山寺
走进黄河风景名胜区的南大门,迎面是高耸的岳山寺。
据《蒙泽县志》记载：明清时岳山寺，有各种寺观18处之多，是蒙泽有名的八景之一，现在岳山主峰有“紫金阁”。
阁高三层，高33米,每逢节日,紫金阁顶的一口洪钟将应和黄河的波涛发出宏亮的声响，新建的还有岳山寺的断壁峭崖间腾空架起的铁索桥，桥两端屹立着古朴的牌楼。
岳山寺主要游览点有紫金阁、铁索桥、牡丹园、月季园、植物园等。紫金阁分三层，高32米，阁顶有洪钟一口。这里上观赏黄河日出的理想之地。
