On the basis of designing and fabricating the integrated capillary electrophoresis chip, two pieces of DNA restriction fragments, IGF-1(500bp) and MAF-box(1021bp), are separated in a few seconds by using a self-setup detection system with capillary electrophoresis chips, laser-induced-fluorescence, the photo-multiplier tube and the 4400 data collection and processing system.

性质:荧光是电子激发态无线度变化的有辐射衰变。当用可调谐的激光束把分子束中的待测分子有选择地抽运(泵浦)到电子激发态,然后经有辐射衰变放出电子激发能,回到基态,这种诱发的荧光称为激光诱导荧光(LIF)。测定荧光光谱的强度可计算初生态反应产物振转能级上的分布。红外化学发光不能测产物的角分布,但分子束加激光诱导荧光可测振转能态的分布,又可测角分布。
