On the basis of designing and fabricating the integrated capillary electrophoresis chip, two pieces of DNA restriction fragments, IGF-1(500bp) and MAF-box(1021bp), are separated in a few seconds by using a self-setup detection system with capillary electrophoresis chips, laser-induced-fluorescence, the photo-multiplier tube and the 4400 data collection and processing system.
在研制出集成毛细管电泳芯片的基础上,采用自组建的毛细管电泳芯片-激光诱导荧光-光电倍增管(PMT)及4400数据采集处理系统,对IGF-1(500bp)和MAF-box(1021bp)两种DNA样品片段进行分离测试实验,测试结果得出采用本测试体系所需要的最佳条件,为毛细管电泳芯片的实用化奠定了基础。
