p-n结温度计
p-n junction thermometer

P·n结温度计(p一n junetion thermome-ter)利用p一n结正向压降随温度变化的特性进行测温的仪器。当通过p一n结的电流恒定时,温度越高p一n结的正向压降愈大。在一定温度范围内,p一n结电压随温度变化的特性近似直线,约为ZmV/℃,非线性误差可小于士0.2℃。把p一n结作成针状、柱状、片状等各种测温头,即可制成测点温、表面温度等的各种温度计。它的线路结构简单,易于制作,发展较快,但由于p一n结性能一致性不理想,作成多测头仪器的精度不高。(李阳望)
