For the further study on the problems of behavior intelligence of apery organs of head and of facial expressions and of the communication of robot with mankind,the problems of introducing for the first time the degree of lip rounding and its speech harmonization into the expression robot system,and the researches were carried through.

Based on bionics, referring to the layout and movement of the muscle of human faces, using mechanical engineering 、 mechanical three-dimensional emulator、 SCM control、 artistic sculpt and artificial intelligence technology, we designed and made a bionic emotional robot head, which can express its own emotion.
以仿生学为基础,参照人脸的肌肉布局和运动,综合运用机械设计、机械三维仿真、单片机控制、美术造型和人工智能等技术,设计制作了具有某种程度情感表达能力的仿生表情机器头,为人工智能、人工心理以及情感建模等理论研究提供了一高效而直观的演示平台。

Finally,a comprehensive research platform of emotional robot heads was built.
最后根据以上情感模型及其变化规律构建出表情机器头的综合研究平台,仿真结果与机器头实验数据的一致,验证了仿真模型的有效性。
