补充资料:异步轧制
      不对称轧制(asymmetrical rolling)的一种,是利用上下轧辊线速度差来改变变形区中的变形条件,产生有利于轧制变形的工艺。这种工艺具有降低轧制压力和生产更薄、精度更高产品等优点,但有容易使轧机颤振等缺点。一般轧制过程中本来就有工作轧辊间线速度不等的现象,只是未被看作是异步轧制而已。如单辊传动的薄板轧机、三辊劳特式轧机以及其他各种辊径不同的轧机的轧制过程都具有异步轧制的特点。异步轧制工艺还未在实际生产中发挥作用,尚存在许多问题,仍在研究中。
