补充资料:模架
模架由四个部分组成:上模座,下模座,导柱,导套。
  1) 后侧导柱模架,上下滑动不够平稳,可三向送料,适於小件冲成。
  2) 中间导柱模架:上下滑动平稳,应用广,只可单方向送料。
  3) 对角导柱模架:上下滑平稳,可纵横送料,适合於大件生产。
  4) 四导柱模架:导向精度高,平稳,用於大型工件或精度要求特别高的工件冲压。为防模架安装时主误转180度,除后侧导柱模架外,将模架中两个导柱导套的直径做成大小不等,相差2~5MM。
  5) 滚珠导柱模架

  1、 模座:标准件,材料铸铁HT25-47,A3,A5要求有足够的和刚度。
外形尺寸的确定:
    1) 图形,直径比凹模外长大30~70mm。
    2) 矩形,长度方向比凹模长度大40~70mm。宽度与凹模相同或稍大,还需为导柱导套留出足够的安装位置。
    3) 采用模柄的上模座,固为不用留出安装压板的凸台,其外形还可相对缩小。
    模座的厚度:1、模座:Hs=Hx=(1~1.5)Ha
      其中Hs--上模座厚度
      Hx--下模座厚度
      Ha--凹模厚度
    上模座厚度可比下模座稍薄
  2、 导柱和导套:20号钢参碳锋火。HRC58~62 渗碳层0.8~1.2mm.
导柱怀导套的配合间隙大小:由凸凹模之间的精度确定。
 1) t<0.4mm 间隙小於凸凹模之间的精度确定
 2) t=0.4~0.8mm 按H>/hb配制
 3) t<0.8mm 按H>/hb配制与上下模极按H>/rb配合

3. 模柄
  模柄的直径d和长度H应与所选用冲床的安装模柄孔直径相配常用A3材料,或45,A5钢。
  四种模柄形式:压入式模柄(H>/hb与模柄安装孔配合),旋入式模柄,凸缘式模柄,浮动式模柄。
