Five new reagents of intermediate alcohol organic phosphine were synthesized with thegeneral formula CH_3CH_2O（R~1R~2N）P（S）O（CH_2）_3C_5H_4N，Where R~1,R~2=H, C_2H_5,n-C_4H_9，C_6H_5，O（C_2H_4）_2 or CH_2（C_2H_4）_2．The synthesizing methods of some intermediates were im-proved.
