材料
新鲜草莓500克,柠檬两个,果冻两小匙。
调料
白糖350克,冷水两大匙。
做法
①草莓选择中等形状(大小一致),去蒂,用盐水洗净,再擦干水分。
②果冻加入冷开水,搅匀备用。
③将柠檬挤汁与草莓、白糖及果冻一起放入大碗中,中火20分钟,中途需要搅拌多次,视凝成浓稠状时即可取出,待冷却后装入瓶内。
