性质:蓝光红色粉状,不溶于水、二甲苯、油酸、亚麻子油、脂肪族石油和其他有机溶剂,微溶于乙醇、丙酮和溶纤素。遇浓硫酸为黄光红色,稀释后产生橙色沉淀;遇浓硝酸为橙色溶液;遇10%烧碱溶液为橙色。相对密度2.05。耐晒性5-6级,耐热稳定性150℃。耐溶剂性及耐增塑剂性良好,耐酸性(5%HCL)及耐碱性(5%Na2CO3)稍差。

制备方法:由邻氨基苯甲酸重氮化后,与R盐(2-萘酚-3,6-二磺酸钠盐)进行偶合,制得C.I.媒介红9。同时,由碳酸钠与硫酸铝反应,制得不含硫酸根的氢氧化铝分散,将C.I.媒介红9溶液加至氢氧化铝分散液中,并用三氯化铝调节pH,加入适量的氯化钡溶液及浆状氧化锌(作为润湿剂,并可增强颜料的透明度),生成C.I.媒介红9的钡盐化合物,即为艳胭脂红3B颜料。1.C.I.媒介红9的合成2.颜料的合成

用途:主要用于印刷油墨、印铁油墨、油漆的着色,印制壁纸、包装析和铁盒,还可用于橡胶、塑料制品着色以及纺织品的涂料印花。本品已大量地取代了C.I.颜料红48。国外生产厂家有美国、日本、英国、德国、意大利、罗马尼亚和捷克斯洛伐克等国家的十七家公司,生产的商品牌号有22个。
