Based on analyzing quality problems of three widely used welding processes,the paper proposes a new technology for conductor oblique lapping welding,designs and makes crater milling equipment.

The effects of the freezing rate of laser molten pool,secondary-heating affect and fusant convection in multirun overlapping on the microstructure,component and property of cladding layer were analyzed.

The mathematical model of overlapping between the circumferential cutting edge and major cutting edge of the ball nose endmilling cutter with indexable inserts is established, with which the profile errors of cut surface around the overlapping point can be calculated and controllable parameters for the shape modification of circumferential cutting edge can be determined.

These technologies include the scheme of prestress plane lapping,the deep design of transition beam,joints disposal in construction of steel pipe column prestressed beam,wavy pipe locating in prestressed stiff beam,super-long prestressed strands penetrating.

The essay determines the anchorage and lapping length of cold rolling torsion reinforced ber by refering to the experiments result of the structural research institute of Chinese academy of construction science research and combining it with the geometrical features and performance of cold rolling forsion reinforled ban.

In this paper,the laser hardening technological parameters and the nigrescence technology with surface oxidation have been studied on tiny workpieces of 4Cr13 stainless steel,while the influences of the laser technology and various lapping ratios on hardness,depth and microstructures of the hardening layer have been explored.
