fonweigong反围攻(eounter一siege)对抗敌人围攻的作战行动。防御的一种作战样式。目的是打破敌人的围攻，从被动中争取主动。基本要求:坚定、沉着、积极、顽强。组织实施时，需根据不同情况，采取不同打法。①防御作战中的反围攻，需判明敌人企图和主攻方向，调整部署，扼守要点，迅速组织环形防御，并加强对敌核、化学、生物、燃烧武器袭击的防护和对空防御。敌压缩包围圈或分割己方作战部署时，适时机动兵力、火力，顽强抗击地面之敌或空降之敌的进攻。对突人要点之敌，集中兵力，以积极的反突击或反击，将其歼灭或驱逐。②战略、战役要地的反围攻，在依托既设阵地、顽强坚守、大量杀伤和消耗敌人的同时，在外线兵力的配合下，打破敌方的围攻。③敌后根据地的反围攻，视敌强弱和威胁程度，集中兵力，先歼一路，而后转用兵力再歼他路敌人;或以一部兵力消耗、疲惫进犯之敌，主力转到外线，创造战机，从侧后歼灭围攻之敌的一路。随着武器装备的不断发展，空降兵的大量使用，反围攻将进一步向立体化的方向发展。(庞成保)
