冻害 cold injury 作物在越冬期间因长期持续 0℃以下低温而丧失生理活动,造成植株受害或死亡的现象。常发生的有越冬作物、果树和经济林木的冻害等。北美中西部大平原、东欧、中欧是冬小麦冻害主要发生地区。中国受冻害影响最大的是北方冬小麦区北部,主要有准噶尔盆地南缘的北疆、甘肃东部和陕西北部及山西中部的黄土高原、山西北部和燕山山区及辽宁南部、北京和天津及山东北部的华北平原冻害区。长江流域和华南的丘陵山地常使南下冷空气堆积,导致较长时间气温偏低,并伴有降雪、冻雨天气,使作物受严重冻害。不同作物受冻害的特点和冻害指标不同 。冻害的造成与降温速度、低温强度和持续时间,低温出现前后和期间的天气状况、气温日差等及各种气象要素之间的配合有关。植物生长发育不同时期的抗冻能力也不一样,一般依下列顺序递减:花蕾着色期→开花期→座果期。防御冻害宜根据当地温度条件,选用抗寒品种,确定不同作物的种植北界和海拔上限。防冻栽培措施包括:越冬作物播种适时、深度适宜;北界附近实施沟播和适时浇灌冻水 ;果树夏季适时摘心 、秋季控制灌水、冬前修剪 ;各种形式的覆盖,如葡萄埋土 、果树主干包草、柑橘苗覆盖草帘和风障、经济作物覆盖塑料薄膜等。 |
