Estlander Abbe operation
上唇或下唇缺损超过1/3，且相对应的口唇完整无缺时，适宜采用交叉唇瓣修复。唇瓣设计于缺损相对应口唇部，底为红唇，宽为缺损的1/2，与缺损等高。切开形成唇瓣时，黏膜侧切口以唇红与皮肤交界处为限，以免伤及动脉。皮肤侧的切口则可向红唇内延伸至将口轮匝肌几近完全切断为止。将所形成的唇瓣旋转180°至对侧唇缺损处，上、下唇各自分层缝合。1周后行二期手术断蒂，术前可行蒂部夹压血运训练。断蒂后上、下唇各自修整后缝合。如口裂过小时，可在唇瓣转移后3周，再行口角开大术。
