结果 :吻合口单纯粘膜外翻吻合容易出现吻合口渗漏及吻合口狭窄 ,吻合口置管吻合和胆总管置管置入吻合有效预防吻合口渗漏及吻合口狭窄 ,置入吻合的游离胆管有抗返流的活瓣作用。

指一种引流淋巴液的手术。即将精索的淋巴管的远体端与静脉的近体端吻合的手术。目前是治疗男性乳糜尿的一种术式。由于精索淋巴管较粗，用手术放大镜亦能手术。此术式不是直接捣塞乳糜尿的瘘管，而是另作较通畅的引流通道，待原瘘管自行闭塞，一般都要3～6个月才能显效。故术后乳糜尿未能完全消失，要等待一段时间才消失。
