Methods:With the needle inserted into 2cm deep, angled 180 degrees at the frequency of 60 turns per minute, Hegu and Taichong were acupunctured by a kind way of “pingbu and pingxie”.
方法 :选取双侧合谷和太冲穴 ,进针 2cm ,捻转 180° ,频率为 6 0次 /min ,持续捻转 5min ,间歇 1min ,共 2 0min。

常用针灸穴位。属足厥阴肝经，是输穴(原穴)。穴名中的太，是大的意思；冲，通道也。谓本穴为肝经气血大的通道，故名。国际标准代号为LR3。
定位 足第一、二跖骨结合部之前凹陷中。
取穴 ①足第一、二趾缝纹端向后1.5寸处。②医生将食指和中指并拢，从足趾根部向后量，足大趾肌腱的内侧处。
刺灸法 直刺0.5～0.8寸；一般少灸。
功用 平肝降气。
主治 头痛眩晕，经期不准，阳强。
