X线照相术


是利用 X线的穿透性和对胶片感光的作用,通过投照,使受检部分在胶片上显影。X线照片可使受检查部位的影象永久保留在胶片上,供以后检查对比,或做资料保存,胶片可显示微小病变,而且较透视清晰可靠;并能检查人体较厚部位,如脊柱;头颅、骨盆等。同时摄片对受检者所受X线量较少。缺点为不能观察脏器动态,摄影的观察范围受胶片大小的限制等。
