主料: 啤梨2个,蒜心(蒜苔)3两(120克),桂花蚌1斤(640克),大红椒1只,红萝卜1/4个,蒜蓉少许,上汤1/2杯。
配料: 调味料:盐、花生油、芡粉少许。
做法: 1、啤梨去皮去心,切成块,桂花蚌去壳取肉,用调味料腌1小时,放沸水中略煮后沥干备用。
2、蒜心切段,用沸水略煮沥干,红萝卜去皮,红椒去籽,洗净切丝。
3、起油锅,爆香蒜蓉,炒红萝卜片,放蚌肉、蒜心炒匀,最后下红椒丝和梨,加盐和上汤、芡粉炒匀即可。
