Objective To study the difficult problem of verification of neutralizing efficacy of neutralizer in evaluation of germicidal efficacy of disinfectant at high concentration.

In order to solve the problem of difficulty in judgement due to use of over-concentrated disinfectant in neutralizer appraisal test,the neutralizing efficacy was observed through controlling the test contact time.
