Objective To analyze the feature of cortical laminar necrosis(CLN) and to decrease the incidence of misdiagnosis and improve the treatment of CLN.

renocortical necrosis
主要由于肾小动脉强烈收缩，尤其是肾皮质外层2/3的小血管收缩、血栓形成而造成的肾皮质严重缺血、坏死。本病罕见，发病多见于30岁以上的妊娠后期妇女，尤其合并胎盘早期剥离者，以及严重感染、大手术、大面积烧伤、动植物毒素中毒、砷及磷中毒及肾移植超急排异反应等患者。临床表现为重症急性肾功能衰竭，常持续性无尿，必需透析治疗。部分患者维持透析终身；部分患者尿量缓慢增加(但无多尿期），最终停止透析，但是仍保持慢性肾功能不全状态。
