Objective: To study the effects of retinoids (retinol? retinoic acid? retinyl acetate) in vitro on the production of interleukin 1 (IL-1)? interleukin 2 (IL-2) of peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) from the children with recurrent respiratory infection (RRI).
目的 : 观察了视黄醇、视黄酸、维生素 A醋酸酯三种类视黄醇在体外对反复呼吸道感染 (RRI)患儿外周血单个核细胞 (PBMC)中的淋巴细胞分泌白细胞介素 2 (IL- 2 )及单核细胞分泌白细胞介素 1 (IL- 1 )的影响。
