本文采用固体分散、环糊精包合与超微粉碎方法增加穿心莲内酯(Andro)的溶解度,并进一步制备了穿心莲内酯分散片,实验结果如下: 采用溶剂法,通过正交实验研究了固体分散体载体聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVPk30)的含量、表面活性剂吐温(Tween80)的含量与蒸发温度对固体分散体溶出度的影响,最佳制备工艺为Andro: PVPk30:Tween80=1:9:1。
