适应症： 适用于冠心病心绞痛、心功能不全。对脑动脉硬化、脑栓塞、脑血管意外后遗症所造成的供血供氧不足的症状有较好的作用。
用量用法： 口服：每次１．５～２ｍｇ，每日３次。心绞痛急性发作时，将药片含于舌下或嚼碎后咽下，每次２ｍｇ，其效果比直接吞服好。
注意事项：
1.少数患者口服后有轻微四肢麻木、头晕、恶心、腹泻、皮疹不良反应。但一般继续治疗后即自行消失。 2.肝、肾功能不全者慎用。 3.心功能不全患者对地高辛敏感时，可改用本品。 4.对心动过缓患者口服剂量可加大至每次３～６ｍｇ。
规格： 片剂：０．５ｍｇ／片。
