深静脉营养
又称"全静脉营养"。是肠胃外营养的一种形式,由深静脉输给含有葡萄糖、多种氨基酸等营养素的高渗溶液,以满足人体对热量及营养的要求。长期给予,可以达到热量和蛋白质的正平衡,有利于炎症或损伤组织的修补和恢复;可使重危病人渡过危险阶段。通常自锁骨下静脉插入导管,亦可选用颈外静脉、颈内静脉或头静脉;对婴幼儿则可选用脐静脉或大隐静脉。由于放置导管时间较长,且营养液为一种良好的培养基,如有细菌污染可导致严重感染。因此,无论是经皮穿刺或作静脉切开,均必须按照严格无菌要求进行操作。主要的适应症有:胃肠道瘘管、慢性肠道炎症、肠道吸收不良综合征等消化系统疾病;严重烧伤及创伤;急性肾功能衰竭及各种原因引起的恶液质。
