性质:又称去氢骆驼蓬碱。甲醇中析出细长状正交棱晶,熔点261℃(分解)。升华。pKa7.70,UVmax(甲醇中):241,301,336nm(lgε4.61,4.21,3.69)。微溶于水、乙醇、氯仿、醚。从蒺藜科植物骆驼蓬(Peganum harmala L.)的种子中分离提取。是一种中枢神经刺激素,有降低血压和利尿作用。
