食管-胃吻合术
esophagogastrostomy
是指将食管与胃连接复通的手术方法。用于食管部分切除后用胃代食管的连接。可用管型消化道吻合器操作或用手工缝合。通常在全麻下经胸腔或胸腹联合切口切除病变食管后，将胃完全游离，拉至胸腔或颈部，与近端食管做端-侧或侧-侧的分层对缝吻合。用吻合器操作则将吻合器中心杆置入食管近端，吻合器主体置入胃腔，将胃底壁与食管对接，进行钉合操作。在颈部吻合，不宜用吻合器操作。手术的主要并发症是吻合瘘和吻合口狭窄。
