| 胃 中医六腑之一。胃上接食道，下通小肠。又称胃脘，胃上口为贲门，称上脘，下门为幽门，称下脘，上下脘之间称为中脘。胃的经脉络于脾，与脾以膜相连，故胃与脾有表里关系。 胃的生理功能主要是受纳、腐熟水谷。饮食入口，经过食道，容纳于胃腑，故称其为水谷之海。食物经过胃的初步消化、腐熟，变成食糜，在胃气的作用下，下移于小肠，胃的这种下行作用，是维持其功能活动正常进行的条件，故有“胃以通降为顺”的说法。若胃有病变，会影响胃的受纳、腐熟功能，出现纳呆，厌食，胃脘胀闷，胃痛，嗳腐食臭等症状。胃主和降，气逆于上，可见恶心，呕吐，呃逆等症状。胃受纳和腐熟水谷的作用，必须与脾的运化功能相配合，才能顺利完成。脾胃密切合作，才能使水谷化为精微，以生气血，供养全身，故脾胃常合称为后天之本，气血生化之源。中医学往往将脾与胃的升降运动来概括人体的整个消化系统功能，因此对中医学中胃的理解，应与西医学中的胃有所区别。 |
