食管滴酸试验
用于诊断返流性食道炎的一种方法。嘱患者取坐位然后插入胃管，当管端达30～ 35cm时固定。然后滴入生理盐水，每分钟5～10ml，共15分钟。如患者无不适感，再换用0.1N的盐酸以同样滴速滴注。一般在15分钟内出现胸骨后疼痛和烧灼感者为阳性反应。提示有返流性食管炎存在。
