食管内pH值测定
又称“食管酸度测定”、“Tuttle试验”、“标准酸反应试验”。是指用一带玻璃pH电极的导管由口或鼻孔下入胃内，另一参考电极与皮肤或黏膜接触，测定胃内与食管内的酸度的检查方法。这是一标准化的客观而敏感的检查胃食管反流的方法。正常胃pH值为1～3，食管pH值为6～7。当由胃向外拉导管电极通过食管下括约肌时，食管pH值不能升至4以上，说明有胃食管反流存在。
