To effectively evaluate the clinical effect and safety of Yindankechuan Pian, we take the method of random control and use Yindankechuan Pian as the study group to treat the acute bronchitis and the acute attack stage of chronic bronchitis , which belong to the cough of phlegm-heat by stagnating lung while used Qinbaohongzhike Pian as the control group.
为了客观评价银胆咳喘片的临床疗效及安全性，我们采用随机单盲对照法，用银胆咳喘片治疗急性支气管炎和慢性支气管炎急性发作且中医辨证属于痰热郁肺型的咳嗽，并与芩暴红止咳片作对照。

【组成】青蒿6克 竹茹9克 法半夏5克 赤茯苓9克 黄芩9克 枳壳5克 碧玉散9克(或用：滑石6克 甘草1克 青黛3克
【功效】清胆利湿，和胃化痰。
【主治】少阳湿热，痰浊内阻。证见寒热如疟，寒轻热重，口苦膈闷，吐酸苦水，或呕黄粘涎，甚或干呕呃逆，胸胁胀满，舌质红，苔白腻，脉滑数。
【点评】①本方证是以寒轻热重，口苦膈闷，胸胁胀痛，吐酸苦水，舌苔腻，脉数为辨证要点。②临床上用本方可治疗流行性感冒、急性胃炎、急性胆囊炎。
