不分卷。民国周介人为华北国医学院辑注，撰年不详。此书以《脉经》为依据，就诊脉法中重要问题，结合《内经》、《难经》、仲景学说及后贤论述加以阐释，共分辨仲景人迎、趺阳三部之义，论三部九候原理，论《难经》中部四经，寸关尺诊候之根据，辨毛、石、弦、钩、代之原理，辨脉分左右诊法，平三关病候并治宜(采自《难经》)，辨脉有轻重等专题。作者于中西医学俱有研究，认为西洋诊脉以血管为主，中国诊脉以经输为主，故书中多以经输络别，输会募原等经义解释诊脉法及脉象生成原理，并谓尚待精密生理组织解剖证实。现有北平聚魁堂装订讲义书局铅印本。
