The combination of the two ways such as physico-mechanical method and the effective adjuvant screening was conducted to solve the problem of suspension stability, on the basis of investigation and analysis of the suspension stability of flowable concentrate for seed coating (FSC).

性质:指用微悬浮法所制得的一种聚氯乙烯树脂。树脂颗粒分布比传统乳液法聚氯乙烯宽,而且平均粒径较大,可用以配制低黏度糊。此法工艺特点是氯乙烯单体借助于乳化剂和高剪切机械力(常用胶体磨,高速泵,均化泵)的作用在水中分散成如1μm左右液滴,采用油溶性引发剂引发聚合。它兼具乳液法和悬浮法的特点,胶乳粒径大小可调,生产稳定。用于配制聚氯乙烯糊,进行各种糊加工成型。
