膀胱为女性生殖器邻近器官,也是妇科恶性肿瘤的常见转移部位,在切除膀胱转移病灶或进行其他妇科手术操作时均可能损伤膀胱。膀胱修补术在妇科恶性肿瘤手术中较为常用。修补后应置引流,术后置保留尿管7~14天。
